Execute and support day-to-day shipment processing activities including receiving, sorting, scanning, bagging, tagging, and loading/unloading ensuring accuracy and safety.
Assist Shift In-charges in work allocation, coaching new employees, balancing workloads, and maintaining operational discipline to meet daily objectives.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, maintain operational records, support quality checks, and contribute to operational improvement initiatives.
Minimum 3–6 years of experience in logistics, express distribution, warehousing, courier operations, or supply chain operations.
Minimum 10th Standard pass educational qualification.
Physically fit to perform operational tasks including standing, walking, and handling shipments; willing to work rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.
Basic English reading, communication, basic computer, and handheld scanner/mobile application skills.
Experience with shipment processing, sorting, scanning, and warehouse operations preferred, including familiarity with handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
Capable of supporting operational continuity during peak volumes and contingency situations and driving adherence to operational standards.
Demonstrates strong operational discipline, accountability, and ability to coach and support junior team members effectively.
