Execute and support daily operational activities including shipment processing, sorting, scanning, bagging, and loading/unloading at service centers, hubs, warehouses, and processing units.
Support Shift In-charges by assisting in work allocation, coaching new employees, managing operational exceptions, and ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Basic computer skills, handheld scanner/mobile application usage, and basic English reading and communication skills required.
Experienced operations professional with hands-on knowledge of shipment sorting, scanning, and processing workflows in logistics or courier environments.
Capable of operational coaching and supporting shift management in execution and workload balancing during peak periods.
Focused on operational discipline, process compliance, safety standards, and continuous improvement in a structured logistics operations setting.
