Experienced in operational security roles within ITIL-driven environments, handling incident/problem/change management.
Proficient with Zero Trust security models, identity governance, MFA, Conditional Access, and cloud security (Azure preferred).
Skilled in security automation using scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) and integrating SOAR workflows to enhance detection and response.
