Own operation, maintenance, and support of GxP-critical laboratory IT systems including global LIMS, CDS, and associated platforms ensuring compliance and availability.
Implement and improve DevOps best practices such as CI/CD pipelines, automation, and system observability across production and non-production environments.
Manage database activities (Oracle PL/SQL), system upgrades, incident resolution, disaster recovery, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for continuous improvement.

Proven ability to manage laboratory IT systems in a GxP-compliant environment with a focus on high availability and audit readiness.
Strong technical proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, system patching, Linux and Windows server management, and automation of build and deployment processes.
Experience working collaboratively with system owners, vendors, and quality stakeholders within regulated IT operations for life sciences or pharma domains.
