Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud core CRM functionality and Salesforce Data Cloud and CRM Analytics capabilities.
Experience integrating Salesforce with Marketing Cloud and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware; plus familiarity with MuleSoft integrations.
Experienced in designing and supporting complex Salesforce architectures including secure data models and scalable automations.
Strong operational knowledge of Agile delivery, version control, CI/CD, and Salesforce deployment tools.
Ability to work in a global team environment managing multiple priorities and interacting effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
