Manage and process entitlements requests for proprietary and third-party electronic trading, research, risk, and inventory management platforms ensuring compliance with SLAs.
Drive global entitlements strategy for ISG, including initiatives on transfers, vendor applications, separation of duties, and entitlement reviews.
Produce metrics, maintain procedures documentation, represent ISG in firmwide entitlement and data leakage groups, and resolve trade flow issues due to setup errors.
6-8 years of experience in entitlements management, trade support, or similar role.
Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA/CA/CFA with first class or above.
Strong knowledge of financial products including Fixed Income, Equity, and Derivatives.
Proficiency in MS Excel (Vlookup, Macros); knowledge of automation tools (UI Path, Robotics, Microsoft Power Platform) is a plus.
Experienced managing complex entitlement processes within a global financial services environment.
Strong understanding of control environments with ability to handle escalation and risk-related issues effectively.
Analytical and detail-oriented with ability to prioritize assignments and communicate clearly across teams and jurisdictions.
