Preferred technical skills include SQL and Python; experience collaborating with IT teams.
Experience managing multiple projects and engaging senior stakeholders with value roadmaps; excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
Experienced in complex, customer-facing roles combining process expertise and consulting skills within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
Strong analytical and project management capability to handle multiple accounts at different stages of customer value journey.
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior-level executives with clear value-driven communication and strategic account expansion.
