Manage entire Purchase Order lifecycle from requisition to delivery for direct materials and subcontract services, including PO acknowledgments and returns for defective items.
Ensure alignment of PO creation and management with global contracts and approval levels, resolve MRP exceptions and invoice holds, and drive automation of purchase transactions in ERP.

Minimum 2+ years experience in a purchasing department.
Understanding of MRP-driven procurement; SAP knowledge preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
Analytical skills including proficient use of Microsoft programs, Power BI for data extraction, and Excel (lookups, pivot tables).
Process-driven with strong systems thinking and ability to use data for decision-making to improve procurement processes.
Experienced in managing supplier relationships and cross-functional collaboration within a global procurement environment.
Able to handle operational procurement tasks and system expertise (SAP P2P) with structured problem-solving approach (e.g., A3 methodology).
