Own accurate and on-time end-to-end payroll processing for assigned APAC region payrolls, ensuring compliance with regional payroll laws and regulations.
Oversee day-to-day payroll operations in APAC, including reviewing and approving payrolls, monitoring vendor SLAs, and supporting payroll transformation projects including Workday integrations.

10+ years of progressive payroll experience including public company exposure.
Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
Experience with India payroll required; knowledge of China, Japan, South Korea, Australia, and Singapore preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP) and Google Suite; familiarity with Workday HCM and Financials is a plus.
Experienced in managing payroll operations across multiple APAC countries with strong compliance and vendor governance skills.
Operates effectively at the intersection of operational execution and strategic process improvement, including payroll system migrations and automation driving scalability.
Able to coordinate cross-functional teams and provide leadership in a complex, dynamic regional environment with rigorous audit and control requirements.
