Manage and control engineering change processes including preparation and release of Engineering Change Notifications (ECN) in global SAP systems.
Coordinate with design engineers, manufacturing coordinators, and NPI/NSI teams to implement and communicate engineering data changes accurately and timely.
Maintain and validate material masters and Bills of Material (BoM) structures across multiple brands and manufacturing locations to support production and aftermarket operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline is mandatory.
3 to 6 years of experience with ERP systems focusing on SAP Material Master Creation and Maintenance, and Bills of Material.
Experience managing engineering change control and configuration in production environments.
Work Location: Hosur, Tamil Nadu, India, with mandatory 5 days office work; occasional travel to Bangalore and international travel as needed.
Experienced in Material Master creation/maintenance specifically for genset, engine, or similar automotive/machine products.
Capable of working independently within multi-functional NPI and Non-NPI teams, managing complex change control projects globally.
Strong proficiency in SAP and advanced command of English to communicate complex technical information effectively.
