Provide end-to-end lifecycle services for Aruba networking solutions including planning, design, implementation, migration, and optimization.
Deliver pre and post sales design and consulting services to customers, partners, and internal teams, including conducting quarterly customer review meetings with technical status and recommendations.
Support customers remotely and onsite, troubleshoot issues, simulate designs in lab environments, and contribute to solution development and knowledge base content.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering required.
Minimum 2 years of customer-facing consulting and network design experience with Aruba products such as IAPs/Controllers, Airwave, ClearPass, Central, and Aruba switches.
Proficient in authentication protocols and servers, and in configuring and troubleshooting VoIP protocols like SIP, SVP, H323.
Work Environment: Hybrid role requiring approximately 2 days per week onsite at HPE office.
Experienced network engineer with strong skills in Aruba product suite and customer consulting on network design and implementation.
Capable of independently managing full network project lifecycle including planning, design, migration, and optimization with minimal supervision.
Comfortable working in team environments involving cross-functional and customer teams, and skilled at customer engagement and technical presentations.
