Own implementation and stewardship of the Contractor Operational Excellence Management (COEM) process to manage Operational Excellence (OE)/Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) risks during contractor activities.
Conduct contractor consequence and capability assessments before work execution and monitor contractor performance to update COEM plans as needed.
