Manage end-to-end accounts payable workflow including payment processing, vendor reconciliation, and invoice handling.
Maintain and update vendor master data in NetSuite and handle expense reporting.
Prepare and review month-end closing entries such as AP, AR, accruals, prepaid, and amortization journal entries.
3-4 years of experience in accounting processes.
Graduate degree in BCom or MCom.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience with NetSuite is advantageous but not mandatory.
Experienced in international client-facing accounting roles with good communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain SOPs, process checklists, and documentation.
Able to work independently managing full AP workflows and month-end financial reporting tasks.
