Own end-to-end product requirements lifecycle for Master Data Management (Customer 360 and Reference 360) covering data ingestion, core processing, and downstream consumption including reporting and UI.
Drive stakeholder engagement and act as the primary liaison between business, data stewards, and technical teams to ensure MDM data quality, governance, and regulatory compliance.
Lead UAT, data reconciliation, and validation activities to maintain trusted, governed, and high-quality master data across enterprise and regulatory reporting layers.
Experience: Proven background as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst in data management or MDM programs; 10+ years experience preferred as per qualifications but work experience required for role explicitly not given.
Technical skills: Strong knowledge of Informatica Customer 360 / Reference 360, SQL for data validation, profiling, and reconciliation, API data flows (REST/JSON), batch pipelines, Snowflake or cloud data platforms.
Domain: Banking or financial services domain experience strongly preferred with understanding of financial or regulatory reporting data flows and account hierarchies.
Location & Work Mode: Hybrid role based in Bangalore with shift timing 2 pm - 11 pm.
Strategic fit includes experience bridging business and technical teams in MDM environments, capable of managing complex end-to-end data governance, ingestion, and consumption workflows.
Highly skilled in translating complex data and MDM concepts into clear, structured product requirements and user stories to support Agile delivery.
