Senior Product Manager - Platform Identity Services

Own the roadmap and strategy for one or more areas within the Platform Identity Services organization, balancing new capabilities against service stability and internal customer needs.

Drive cross-functional alignment with engineering, architecture, and cloud teams to prioritize and deliver shared platform frameworks and services for authentication and identity.

Act as the voice of the customer by identifying friction and advocating improvements that reduce integration complexity and improve self-serviceability across Salesforce internal and external users.

10+ years of professional experience with at least 6 years in product management, preferably with platform, infrastructure, or developer/internal-facing products.

Proven experience managing product roadmaps for shared platform services or frameworks used by multiple consuming teams.

Strong ability to operate in complex, cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex infrastructure concepts to engineering and executive audiences.

Experienced in identity protocols and standards such as OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, FIDO2/passkeys and familiar with Salesforce identity concepts like Connected Apps and Named Credentials.

Prior exposure to major identity providers or Salesforce ecosystem, preferably having led shared identity infrastructure used across multiple products or clouds.

Able to lead strategic platform initiatives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments, including programs related to AI-driven identity and authorization frameworks.
