Own and govern end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise applications, integrations, identity management, and reporting platforms.
Lead design reviews, technical risk assessments, and resolve cross-functional issues involving multiple vendors and internal teams.

10+ years of relevant experience in technical/enterprise architecture.

Familiarity with architecture governance frameworks including standards alignment, cybersecurity, data governance, and integration best practices.
Work Experience Required: Over 10 years; TOGAF or equivalent certification preferred but not mandatory.
Experienced with enterprise application architecture and cloud platforms with strong integration pattern knowledge.
Able to manage multiple stakeholders including vendors and business teams to provide technical guidance and evaluate options.
Exposure to HR/Payroll platforms like Oracle HCM or ADP is a plus but broad enterprise systems experience is prioritized.
