Develop and maintain the Internal Developer Platform (IDP) including platform components, automation, and internal tooling to standardize development processes.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience with at least one language: JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java.

Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar), containers (Docker), and basic Kubernetes exposure.
Experience contributing to internal platforms or DevOps initiatives, with understanding of Internal Developer Platform concepts.
Comfortable working under guidance in a collaborative environment, supporting development teams and learning platform engineering best practices.
Familiarity with AWS cloud-native architectures and a basic understanding of observability, security practices (IAM/RBAC, secret management).
