Experience with RPA and AI platforms such as UIPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, MS Power Automate, MS Co-Pilot O365, MS Copilot Studio; familiarity with generative AI and process intelligence tools preferred.
Experienced in managing IA/product initiatives in a complex, matrixed environment with demonstrated ability to lead through influence without direct reporting authority.
Preferably has prior experience in CPG industry and supply chain domain to align automation initiatives with industry-specific needs.
Strong strategic thinker with business acumen and ability to engage executive stakeholders and provide technology thought leadership on modern frameworks and emerging AI trends.
