Accountable for project governance, compliance, audits, and maintaining PMO quality standards.
Responsible for portfolio and project reporting including dashboard creation, KPI tracking, and executive reporting.
Manage resource planning, utilization, RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), and stakeholder engagement in a global delivery environment.
Total Experience: 3-6 years.
Location: Chennai with UK shift (12:00 PM to 9:00 PM).
Mandatory skills include MS Project, Power BI, Excel, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and experience with project governance frameworks and PMO reporting.
Experience required with resource planning, RAID management, stakeholder management, and process standardization.
Experience working in global delivery environments with leadership reporting and client engagement.
Strong expertise in PMO processes including compliance audits, governance reviews, and continuous improvement programs.
Familiarity with multiple project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and knowledge of Prince2, P3O, Scrum, or ITIL concepts is advantageous.
