Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and preventive maintenance schedules for critical utility systems and equipment at the site.
Manage risk, safety, energy conservation, and compliance activities including regular inspections, audits, and statutory health and safety adherence.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure service delivery standards, equipment upkeep, and timely reporting as per JLL requirements.
Engineering graduate with minimum 3+ years experience OR Diploma graduate with 5+ years experience in Utility Management / Facilities Operations.
Knowledge of EHS and work permit systems is mandatory.
Experience in Vendor Management, Scheduled Reports, Facility Trackers, MMR, SLA, Client Management, and Builder Coordination required.
On-site location requirement: Pune, Maharashtra; Scheduled weekly hours: 48 hours.
Experienced in managing critical utility systems with operational and emergency response capabilities.
Demonstrated ability to implement preventive maintenance and risk mitigation programs in facilities management.
Skilled in coordinating multiple stakeholders including vendors and internal teams to meet service standards and compliance.
