Coordinate and manage incident reporting workflows ensuring timely, accurate, and complete data processing in the OE system of record (Cority).

Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety & health, engineering, or relevant field.
3–5 years of experience in incident investigation and organizational learning within oil & gas operations.
Proficiency with digital tools such as PowerBI, OE dashboards, SharePoint, and Learning Management Systems.
Knowledge of incident reporting systems and familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements.
Experienced in managing and coordinating cross-functional incident investigation and reporting processes within complex oil & gas operational environments.
Strong data analytics and reporting skills with ability to deliver actionable insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Capable of supporting and influencing diverse teams through training, coaching, and stakeholder engagement to drive operational excellence and compliance.
