Senior Program Manager

Lead and mature the IDC PMO functions by establishing governance routines, standard work, execution cadence, templates, metrics, and escalation paths to improve delivery discipline and accountability.

Drive portfolio execution for new software product development, sustaining engineering, lifecycle management, change requests, and strategic site initiatives, aligning priorities and resources with business goals.

Strengthen project governance, reporting, and risk tracking to enable timely executive decisions, collaborating across multiple global functions and business units for successful project delivery.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, Life Sciences, Computer Science or related technical discipline.

10+ years experience in software project, program, portfolio management with PMO leadership, preferably in medical devices, diagnostics, life sciences, or regulated product development.

Experience in global matrix organizations collaborating with Engineering, Product Management, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Software, Cybersecurity, Service, Operations and Commercial teams.

Working knowledge of software product development lifecycle, QMS expectations, design control, change governance, audit readiness and compliance in regulated environments.

Experienced in leading PMO governance and portfolio execution for complex cross-functional programs in regulated life sciences or diagnostics sectors.

Skilled at managing multiple stakeholder relationships within global matrix organizations and aligning cross-functional teams for project success.

Knowledgeable in Agile, SAFe, Hybrid delivery models, Lean/continuous improvement, and familiar with Danaher Business System is a plus.
