Owns and manages enterprise network security operations, specifically firewall (Cisco Secure Firewall) and proxy/SSE (Zscaler, Cisco Umbrella) estate with hands-on maintenance, upgrades, and incident resolution.
Accountable for automation (Python, Ansible, Terraform) and lab environment upkeep to ensure secure and audit-ready network infrastructure across cloud and on-premises.

Experience with ITSM (ITIL v4), incident RCA discipline, and audit standards including NIS2, ISO 27001; clear communication skills. Onsite work in Philips offices 3 days per week.
Senior hands-on expert comfortable as escalation point for P1 incidents and complex firewall, proxy, and VPN operations with strong technical and automation skills.
Experienced in driving security operations towards predictable, governed run models with SLA/KPI ownership and audit compliance in regulated or healthcare-related environments.
Skilled in stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and mentoring junior engineers while collaborating closely with architects and security leadership.
