Own monitoring and support for customer-facing applications, CRM, CIAM, APIs, integrations, and cloud services in a 24x7 operational context.
Manage incident detection, assessment, prioritization, coordination, and communication to resolve service incidents and operational alerts.
Perform first-level troubleshooting, diagnostics, health checks, and service recovery following runbooks and SOPs; contribute to improving monitoring and operational processes.
3–6 years of experience in NOC Operations, Application Monitoring, Production Support, Service Desk, or similar enterprise monitoring environments.

Demonstrated capability to manage stakeholder communication and coordinate cross-functional teams during service disruptions.
