Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Working knowledge of Agile (Scrum), traditional (Waterfall), and hybrid project management methodologies.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (Project/ITSM modules preferred).
Experienced managing infrastructure projects across network, cloud, data centers, and hosting platforms, familiar with related operational processes.
Able to coordinate diverse technical and business stakeholders effectively, balancing multiple priorities in a structured manner.
Certified or well-versed in project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum) with exposure to large-scale transformations or enterprise IT tools (Azure/AWS, ITIL) preferred but not mandatory.
