Lead and execute end-to-end data privacy assessments and implementations aligned with regulations like GDPR, CCPA, and India Data Protection Bill.
Conduct privacy impact assessments, data discovery, data classification, and develop data flow diagrams to identify compliance gaps.
Implement and manage data protection technologies and frameworks including ISO 27701 and privacy enhancing technical controls such as anonymization, pseudonymization, and encryption.
2-5 years of experience in data privacy assessment and implementation projects involving GDPR, CCPA, PDPB, or similar.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) mandatory; postgraduate degree preferred but not mandatory.
Strong understanding of privacy regulations and frameworks including GDPR, CCPA, India Data Protection Bill (Draft), and ISO 27701.
Experience with data protection technologies (eDiscovery, Data Classification, Data Leakage Prevention) and practical implementation of privacy enhancing technologies.
Operationally strong in privacy impact assessments and technology-driven data privacy solutions in diverse industry segments.
Experience working in advisory or Big 4 environment preferred, with exposure to complex compliance requirements.
Capable of communicating complex data privacy issues clearly to senior stakeholders and producing client-facing documentation and presentations.
