Design, develop, configure, and maintain scalable ServiceNow solutions focusing on Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) modules including Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management, Agile Development, and Resource Management.
Build and customize applications, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform using best practices and APIs such as REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub.
Collaborate with PMOs and business stakeholders to translate requirements into SPM solutions, support platform upgrades, data migrations, performance analytics, and continuous process improvements.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
2-4 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience with strong skills in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies), Flow Designer, and ACLs.
Experience with ServiceNow SPM/PPM module implementation or enhancement projects.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and IntegrationHub.
Experienced ServiceNow developer with a focus on Strategic Portfolio Management and related modules (Demand, PPM, Agile, Resource Management).
Familiarity with PMO processes, portfolio governance, and project lifecycle management to deliver scalable, business-aligned SPM solutions.
Ability to operate within Agile environments, participate in sprint activities, deliver integrations, reporting, and support continuous platform improvement initiatives.
