Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered agent solutions to automate Legal and Compliance (L&C) processes using LLMs and agentic frameworks.
Partner with L&C stakeholders to identify AI automation opportunities and translate business needs into technical requirements, contributing throughout the AI solution lifecycle.
Maintain and optimize existing AI agents, troubleshoot issues, document solutions, and manage project deliverables including status updates and risk identification.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
2-3 years of relevant experience with AI/ML frameworks, LLMs, or agentic development tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI).
Proficiency in Python; knowledge of Java is a plus; familiarity with DevOps tools like Git, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
Work Experience Required: 2-3 years relevant experience as specified.
Experienced in end-to-end AI solution development with strong exposure to LLMs, agentic frameworks, and AI automation in complex environments.
Capable of bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business workflows into AI solutions within Legal & Compliance context.
Operates effectively in agile, fast-paced global settings with a continuous improvement mindset and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
