Own end-to-end capacity planning and staffing analysis for Intuit's Consumer Group operations (TurboTax/TurboTax Live), balancing customer experience, employee experience, and cost.
Build, maintain, and optimize headcount, hiring, and capacity plans using established planning frameworks and KPI standards; track performance and surface risks early with data-driven recommendations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Service Delivery, Partner Management, Talent Acquisition, and Finance to deliver operational impact assessments, forward-looking demand forecasts, and support decision-making.
Minimum 4 years experience in capacity planning, workforce management, or labor modeling involving complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL; working knowledge of big data tools (e.g., Redshift, Spark) and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Qlik).
Experience developing capacity models, applying KPI frameworks, and delivering clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Work Experience Required: 4+ years in relevant analytical roles.

Demonstrated ability to improve analytical processes, reporting, or tools with a focus on accuracy and standardization.
Comfortable using AI/GenAI and BI tools to enhance planning outcomes and share best practices within the team.
