Strong knowledge of USS security controls including UNIXPRIV, FACILITY resources, POSIX permissions, UIDs/GIDs, OMVS segments, and audit/log monitoring.
Experienced in enforcing least-privilege and separation-of-duty principles specifically in mainframe USS environments.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with security architects, system programmers, middleware teams, and auditors in complex enterprise technology settings.
Demonstrates deep operational expertise in USS identity and access management, audit controls, and production security incident support.
