Manage and process loan related asset servicing activities including borrowings, repayments, rollovers, conversions, and commitment reductions for a portfolio of warehouse/structured finance loans.
Investigate and resolve transactional issues, settle and book loan trades, and review daily exception reports to ensure portfolio accuracy.
Collaborate closely with multiple internal teams (Revenue Desks, Legal, Compliance, Controllers) and external counterparties (Agent banks, borrowers, lenders) for daily loan activity management and client servicing.
Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 4 years experience in financial services with focus on loan operations or related field.
Experience with Warehouse/Commercial/Structured Finance Loans and accounting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and cash/wire reconciliation.
Experienced in servicing complex loan products and structured finance transactions with strong operational risk management skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
Comfortable managing interactions across multiple internal departments and external clients, ensuring accurate and timely transaction processing.
