Bachelor’s Degree or B.Tech/BE in Computer Science, Engineering, IT-related fields, or equivalent experience.
Technical proficiency in Python 2.7 (or other languages), XML, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and experience with Decipher survey software.
Ability to work regular night shifts and weekend work as explicitly required by the role.
Possesses strong problem-solving skills with acquaintance or understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, loops, recursion, data structures, and algorithms.
Experienced in collaborating with diverse clients and internal stakeholders in fast-paced, multi-project environments with ownership and initiative.
Comfortable adapting to a schedule involving regular night and weekend shifts and managing multiple responsibilities in survey programming and data analytics.
