Manage and execute Ordering Management processes globally, including purchase requests, invoice reconciliation, payments, and purchase order closures.
Develop and maintain reporting and metrics for scorecards, pipelines, SLA adherence, and controls within the Ordering Management function.
Coordinate stakeholder meetings, track progress, support renewal processes, process improvements, and support key people initiatives and communications.
5-7 years of experience in a similar role is desirable.
Good understanding of Business Management, Procurement Management, and Financial Governance processes.
Proven experience coordinating with internal stakeholders including Business, COO, Finance, and Compliance teams.
Experienced user of MS Office and MS Project; knowledge of SAP Ariba or similar procurement tool preferred; very good English verbal and written skills required.
Experienced in working within virtual global teams and matrix organizations across multiple management levels.
Demonstrates a solution-oriented attitude with strong analytical skills to identify and structure issues and socialize recommendations.
Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimize workflows, and solve business problems with responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
