Own and execute end-to-end ordering management process including purchase requests, invoice reconciliation, payment triggering, and purchase order closure globally for TDI business lines.
Provide metrics and reporting on scorecards, pipelines, SLA adherence, and controls related to ordering activities and process improvements.
Coordinate renewal processes for CWRs, manage stakeholder communications and meetings, and support key people initiatives within the group.
5-7 years of experience in a similar vendor management, procurement, or business management coordination role.
Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
Experience coordinating with internal stakeholders including Business, COO, Finance, and Compliance teams.
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written); German language skills appreciated but not mandatory.
Experience working in a matrixed global virtual team environment, collaborating across multiple management levels and functions.
Knowledge or experience with SAP Ariba or similar procurement management tools is preferred.
