Prepare and post manual journal entries including accruals, prepaids, bank, payroll, and reclasses to support accurate financial reporting.
Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities following global timelines and perform balance sheet reconciliations with appropriate documentation.

Experience working in a Global Capability Center (GCC) environment with cross-time zone stakeholder management.
Ability to transition from transactional processing to a business partner role emphasizing risk identification and audit readiness.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a mindset for continuous process improvement and standardization in financial operations.
