10+ years professional experience in software development, primarily in IT data analyst roles working with Big Data.
Advanced proficiency in Hive Query Language (HQL) and strong knowledge of Process Workflows, Data Modelling, and ETL concepts (mandatory).
Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent; Business Analyst exposure and certification in IT environment.
Experience with HUE, HIVE, and PostgreSQL (RDBMS); Exposure to Big Data stack is advantageous.
Experienced in IT data analysis with domain exposure ideally in HR data or similar business functions.
Familiarity with Agile methodology and ability to operate within agile teams.
Intermediate to fluent French language skills especially conversational (preferred).
