Lead planning and execution of end-to-end delivery for network infrastructure and service improvements across LSEG’s global network estate, including hardware/software upgrades, migrations, and cloud integrations.
Manage delivery governance, ensuring compliance with LSEG standards, maintaining documentation, RAID logs, dashboards, and supporting continuous process improvements.
Serve as primary liaison among product managers, engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, vendors, and operational teams to ensure alignment, risk management, and transparent reporting for senior leadership.
Experience delivering infrastructure and network-related programmes in large, complex organisations.
Knowledge of network technologies including LAN/WAN, load balancers, firewalls, cloud networking, and data centre networks.
Familiarity with project/programme management frameworks and governance, and ITIL/ITSM processes.
Degree or relevant professional qualification; formal PM/Agile certifications (PRINCE2, PMP, SAFe, Scrum Master) are advantageous but not mandatory.
Experienced in managing multi-disciplinary network delivery teams in telecom or network operations environments, with strong vendor coordination skills.
Able to operate within structured delivery frameworks while driving risk-based decision-making and managing complex dependencies across technical and business stakeholders.
Comfortable engaging at senior levels with transparent communication and capable of delivering measurable quality and resilience improvements aligned to strategic priorities.
