Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach Agile Release Trains (ARTs) within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment to ensure effective Agile execution.

Experienced in leading and coaching SAFe implementations, Agile transformations, or enterprise Agile coaching demonstrating strong servant leadership and team-driving capabilities.
Comfortable operating in complex, scaled Agile environments facilitating cross-team collaboration and synchronization (e.g., Program Increment planning, Scrum of Scrums).
Strong ability to manage and resolve conflicts, foster continuous improvement, and align Agile execution with business goals using Lean-Agile principles and metrics.
