Work Experience Required: 18+ years in relevant capital markets and collateral management roles.
Experienced leader with proven ability to manage large-scale global operational teams in collateral management or related capital markets operations.
Strong track record in driving operational excellence, risk management, and transformation initiatives at a strategic level.
Familiarity with collateral management platforms (e.g., COLLINE, Acadia, TriResolve, Aladdin) and client-facing operational environments in a regulated, multi-region context.
