Own end-to-end manual billing data operations for assigned client portfolios, ensuring timely and accurate delivery within agreed SLAs.
Manage data gathering, preparation, validation, escalation, and submission of manual billing templates to the Data Lake.
Identify and drive opportunities to consolidate manual data templates, reduce complexity, and improve process efficiency in line with billing transformation.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related discipline.
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Financial Services or Investment Banking.
Strong understanding of Custodial Services, Fund Administration, Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, Tax Reporting, FATCA & CRS.
Prior experience in billing operations or data operations preferred but not mandatory.
Experienced in handling complex client billing processes with strong ownership and accountability mindset.
Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining client sentiment and timely delivery.
Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with Data Sourcing, Data Governance, and Billing Operations teams to support onboarding and continuous improvement.
