Support and monitor hardware/software/network technologies production environment, proactively responding to incidents across multiple technologies.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Willingness to work in a 24x7 shift model including rotational night shifts and weekend coverage as per business needs.
Experience with multi-vendor network environments and complex troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Incident, Change, Problem, and Knowledge Management processes within network teams.
Certifications such as CCNA and ITIL/ITSM are preferred but not mandatory.
