Lead and coordinate all phases of SAP S4HANA data migration activities from preparation to go-live and stabilization across Europe and North America.

10+ years of experience in SAP Data Migration, including minimum 2 S4HANA rollout projects as a Migration Manager.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
Strong expertise in SAP BODS and SAP Migration Cockpit with hands-on experience in at least three end-to-end migration projects.
Proven experience managing distributed migration teams and client-facing roles with excellent stakeholder management skills.
Experienced in SAP data migration management with strong understanding of SAP business processes and technical migration activities.
Capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving migration strategy, cutover planning, and governance.
Demonstrated leadership and communication skills to manage multi-location teams and interface effectively with various stakeholders.
