Lead medium to small projects on operational support and deployment of LAN/WAN and IT infrastructure.
Provide 24/7 network operations support including troubleshooting ISP and store-related network infrastructure issues.
Manage and troubleshoot network devices including Juniper (switches, access points, routers, Mist) and Cisco (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers), and utilize ServiceNow and ticketing tools.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, CIS, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 3 years of IT support experience with distributed technologies and systems development.
Cisco Certified CCNA or CCNP certification is mandatory.
Work location: On-site in Bengaluru.
Experience with network infrastructure planning, design, implementation, and operational support across Juniper and Cisco devices.
Familiarity with routing protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF, BGP/iBGP/eBGP and SDWAN technology.
Proven ability to manage network operations in a large matrixed organization, coordinate with third-party IT vendors, and deliver enterprise-level technical documentation.
