Provide 24x7 first-line operational support for radio and transmission networks, including network monitoring, incident detection, troubleshooting, and service restoration.
Manage incident lifecycle from detection to closure, escalate unresolved issues appropriately, and coordinate with engineering teams, suppliers, and external partners.
Ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs while preparing detailed shift reports and supporting service desk activities in a shift-based NOC environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications or a related discipline.
5-8 years experience in telecommunications operations or similar network support function.
Strong knowledge of GSM, UMTS, LTE, 5G, radio network equipment (RBS, BSC, RNC), packet and transmission technologies (SGSN, PDH, SDH, Metro Ethernet, IP).
Experience working within ITIL Incident Management framework and ability to work in 24x7 shift-based operational environment.
Experienced in complex incident management and operational coordination across multi-vendor telecom environments.
Skilled in network monitoring tools, fault diagnosis, and remote recovery actions with clear technical communication to diverse stakeholders.
Capable of working under pressure in critical network incidents and contributing to automation and process improvements.
