Lead a team of architects to evaluate, integrate, and deploy AI & automation toolsets, techniques, and standards including AI Agent and Agentic solutions.
Drive the development and implementation of AI solutions aligned to business objectives with clear operational management and benefits tracking.
Maintain cross-regional and cross-functional relationships to ensure alignment with Automation and AI strategies, and promote AI & automation benefits within service offerings.
Experience: Significant industry experience in IT delivery with AI & Automation architecture and design specialization.
Mandatory certifications: ITIL V3+, Agile/Scrum/SAFe certifications.
Technical knowledge: Broad understanding of IT services, AI & automation technologies; familiarity with ISO 27001, ISO 42001, security principles; knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and ServiceNow is desirable.
Location: Multiple Indian locations (Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad); no relocation or visa sponsorship provided.
