2+ years experience in Learning & Development or related field.
Experience with learning management systems, content authoring tools, and delivery of in-person and online technical training.
Experience in health insurance or consumer directed products (HRAs, HSAs, FSAs) is a plus but not mandatory.
Experienced in managing multiple learning programs with measurable success (90%+ NPS scores).
Strong collaboration skills working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to create and refine content.
Proficient in using LMS functionalities and analyzing learning data to drive continuous improvement and increased engagement (targeting 10%+ continuous learning growth).
