Responsible for delivering high-quality RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs for M&G Fixed Income funds across Wholesale and Institutional businesses.
Collaborate with multiple internal departments including investment specialists, compliance, and risk to tailor optimal responses.
Support process improvements, maintain controls, and contribute to team projects including content database management and operational risk reduction.
Minimum 2 years experience in asset management working specifically in an RFP role with Fixed Income exposure.
Educated to degree level; postgraduate or professional qualification preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and good command of creative writing and grammar; knowledge of Q&A databases like RocketDocs preferred.
Work Experience Required: Significant experience (typically 8+ years) in asset management involving DDQs, consultant databases, and RFP processes (conflicting info in JD).
Experienced in Fixed Income asset management RFP processes, able to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
Able to confidently liaise with diverse senior stakeholders and tailor communications to different audiences.
Familiarity or working towards IMC or other relevant professional qualifications preferred for strategic alignment.
