Support and administer Blue Yonder Connect integration components, primarily MuleSoft ESB and related middleware.
Handle incident resolution, performance tuning, and deploy/upgrade Mule/AMQ/Python services for customer environments including 24x7 production support.
Create and maintain technical documentation, provide training, and serve as a technical escalation point for integration products.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant discipline.
3+ years experience in core integration technologies including MuleSoft ESB, API Gateway, and middleware deployment/automation.
Experience with Active MQ or JMS platforms, Python scripting, monitoring tools (Splunk, AppDynamics), and supporting Linux/Windows environments.
Certified MuleSoft Developer; experience with enterprise-scale 24x7 operational environments.
Proven ability to troubleshoot, tune, and automate deployment of MuleSoft and related ESB middleware in production environments.
Experience working collaboratively with internal teams, customers, and partners in fast-paced, changing project environments.
Strong client-facing communication skills with ability to mentor, train, and lead technical discussions or workshops.
