Conduct and lead end-to-end internal investigations into misconduct globally and regionally with a focus on India portfolio.
Manage multiple investigation assignments including scoping, forensic data analysis, professional interviewing, reporting, resource and cost management.
Engage and report to stakeholders including senior management, external partners, and regulators; develop investigation best practices and support training initiatives.
Minimum 8 years of experience leading investigations into internal fraud and misconduct; experience with forensic tools and HR consequence management.
University degree or above plus Certified Fraud Examination (CFE) or other relevant professional qualification.
Strong command of written and oral English; comfortable with travel to different locations in India.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 8 years investigation experience; experience across APAC/MEA region and financial services products knowledge preferred but not mandatory.
Experienced in leading high-impact, cross-functional, high visibility investigations involving senior management attention.
Able to independently manage multiple investigations with robust problem-solving and budget management capabilities.
Familiar with international financial services regulatory environment, and comfortable collaborating with diverse, global teams using AI tools responsibly to enhance investigation efficiency.
