Accountable for accurate, timely daily T+1 P&L production, attribution, and variance analysis for business units.
Manage monthly Financial Control activities including ledger reporting, manual journals, and break investigations (Model vs Actual).
Serve as primary liaison responding to stakeholders such as Finance directors, Front Office traders, and Risk management on financial queries and control issues.
Experience in Financial Control or Product Control within Investment Banking.
Strong understanding of financial market products: Loans, Bonds, Credit, derivatives, Cash Equity, Swaps, Options, Futures.
Preferably qualified MBA, Chartered Accountant, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or CFA.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; exposure to multiple front office systems.
Deep knowledge of front-to-back Investment Banking processes including trade capture through balance sheet.
Experienced in financial risk control, IFRS/GAAP standards, and funds transfer pricing concepts.
Capable of managing multiple stakeholders and prioritizing time-sensitive financial reporting and control tasks.
